The mechanics and technicians there are very thorough and they do amazing work well worth the cost of service. The cashiers are very helpful and very courteous even towards LGBTQIA folks like myself. Firestone will always have my respect and my return business. I have recommended Firestone to my friends and they too were also very satisfied with their overall service.

⭐ Very Disappointed — Serious Brake Safety Concern This was previously my favorite Firestone location, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I brought my vehicle in because the brakes were squeaking and I had a few other concerns. After having the brakes replaced and the rotors resurfaced, the problem became worse. The new brakes are still squeaking, and now the front end of my vehicle shakes when I apply the brakes. In my opinion, the rotors were not resurfaced properly, and some of the brake components that require lubrication were not properly greased. The situation became very frightening when I experienced a terrifying incident on the interstate while applying the brakes. I immediately returned to Firestone and explained what had happened. I was told that the tire balancing was good and that everything was fine with the brakes. Based on what I am experiencing, I strongly disagree. I contacted Firestone Corporate and filed a claim. I want to give credit to the representative who handled my call—he was professional and courteous. I was told the store manager would contact me within 48 hours to resolve the issue. Came in for an inspection with no appointment. Larson was a one man show taking care of everyone and everything- still with genuine kindness in his voice and good customer service. I was able to go next door to Starbucks and get work done while I waited for a call. Very quick! Larson was kind enough to change out my license plate cover free of charge without me even asking- I was going to do it myself. High recommend & I will be back 😊

Great customer service & Great atmosphere. I have previously worked at another location so I know how they operate, and this store did everything right! We got a wheel balance, rotation (with Car Care Package) & alignment check! I ended up getting wipers all the way around due to the great deal they had on rain X wipers, and got the Life Time Alignment. I put it all on my CFNA card, and due to the price being over $149, I get interest free payments for 6 months! Great service all the way around & really appreciate these guys! Labor time should have been around 2.3 hours, and they hit the nail on the head, it was almost exactly that time, if not shorter. Definitely recommend this Firestone to anyone in the area looking for quality mechanics who don’t try to upsell the crap out of you!

My 2nd experience!! Kerri is an absolute sweetheart, I was calling around for prices on tires, oil changes "kerrie" Firestone Concord quoted me the best deals on both. She'd giving me multiple options with out even asking for them. She was "NOT" like many others whom are only looking for straight commission. I set up an appointment for that Wednesday and unfortunately she was off so I didn't get me meet her in person like I'd wished, to thank her for all her help in making my decision so easy. Her customer service is top notch!!! Graceful On Wednesday for my appointment I arrived and was assisted by josh he's such a pleasant young man.. very knowledgeable as well as another customer was speaking to him about tires just in a general conversation his knowledge really showes. I would absolutely continue coming here for all of my services. I've had such a welcoming experience like no other place I've had.. also I will definitely be recommending others to this location I've never experienced such pleasure and experience in any service location not even in my home town of New Orleans.
